Here comes the Sunshine!

OHOHOHO!!! I'm sooo glad the sun is out and it is in the 70's here in Maryland. I was beginning to think we were going to have winter year round. 
The windows are open the air is fresh and the dog is barking like mad cause the wind is blowing leaves and trash. AH! What a day? 

Yesterday was so nice I stayed out with the kids and played ball with me son. then we all went out for ice cream. I walked the neighbor for my exercise. Which I should of been doing all winter on my treadmill like last summer, but the cold makes me lazy and I didn't feel like it. So now I have to get my butt in gear and start do my exercises again to fit into my shorts. one of the troubles of motherhood.

Now that it is nice out I have to do my yard work get the garden out front to look better then it does. Not looking forward to that. I'm not a gardener, I don't know what the heck I'm doing. you should all see the way it looks now with trash bags on it cause we were trying to keep the weeds from growing. Well, that didn't work cause they just broke right through the bags. Smart little fuckers! (pic coming soon).

Here is the pic of my garden we did last summer. It looked better then that I swear! 
 after the storms and winter this is what it looks like now. So I have to read up on how to make it look nice.

GENIE Out of the Bottle!!!

My husband and I decided to upgrade from the dvr to the Genie. I'm glad we did. I love that I can record 5 things at one time. It has on demand. The mini genie my daughter doesn't like in her room cause she can't record. If she wants to record a show she has to come down here on the main one and record it then go up to her room to watch it. She can watch any show the has been recorded and is on the list. I think it is great, but her not so much.

Most of the channels are HD which I also love. The only thing I don't like about it is that not all the shows I watch are On Demand. You also have to have all movie channels to watch or record any of the On Demand movies. Which I think is crazy. The main reason we got it was because of the 5 records at one time thing. Between me and the kids half of our shows weren't being recorded cause the all cam on the same time as others that we watched. So that is a lifesaver.

I figured that since I loved it so much I wanted to talk about it. Hope it was enough to help out.
